I'm currently in the process of developing a full lineup of training programs—each one thoughtfully designed to support climbers through structured, science-based progressions. I appreciate your patience as i work to make them as effective and accessible as possible. In the meantime, if you're looking for something more immediate or specific to your needs, personalized programs are available and can be created much more quickly. Feel free to reach out to get started!
Training Programs
Each program integrates principles of motor control, joint mobility, strength adaptation, and neuromuscular coordination to enhance both performance and injury resilience. You’ll find options tailored to different needs—whether it’s improving shoulder stability, developing full-body tension, restoring movement capacity, or building climbing-specific strength. By addressing the body as an interconnected system, our programs help you move with efficiency, generate power safely, and build the structural support needed to climb harder, longer, and with more confidence.

Personalized Programs
Personalized programs are built entirely around you—your movement patterns, climbing style, strengths, limitations, and goals. After an initial assessment, we design a progression that targets your specific needs, whether that’s improving scapular control, increasing hip mobility, rebuilding post-injury, or optimizing performance around a busy schedule. These programs adapt with your feedback, ensuring every phase of your training is relevant, effective, and aligned with how your body responds.
CLIMBERS PROGRESSION PATH
The Climber’s Progression Path is a structured system of 16-week programs designed to guide you through every stage of performance development—from foundational mobility and control to advanced strength and power. Divided into three progressive phases—Foundations, Development, and Performance—each program targets specific physical qualities essential for climbing, such as joint mobility, core tension, shoulder stability, and dynamic coordination. Whether you're new to structured training or looking to overcome a plateau, this path offers a clear roadmap to help you build a resilient, efficient, and adaptable climbing body—step by step.
