EVERY DISCIPLINE I'VE PRACTICE TAUGTH ME ONE THING: STRENGTH STARTS WITH AWARENESS.

My Journey Through Climbing and Movement

Over the past decade, climbing has been more than just a sport for me—it’s been a teacher, a mirror, and a lifelong companion. What started as a curiosity for rock turned into a deep exploration of movement in all its forms.
From the dynamic power of calisthenics and the precision of gymnastics, to the intentional flow of yoga, I immersed myself in every practice that asked me to listen to my body in a new way. Each discipline brought a different lens—and what I discovered is that they all speak the same language. Strength. Awareness. Control. Freedom.
Climbing, whether bouldering, sport, or anything in between, is not just about pulling hard—it's about moving well. And to move well, we need to understand our bodies on a deeper level. That’s what I’ve devoted my life to.
Now, being able to teach others how to feel stronger, move better, and build real connection with their bodies—that’s my calling. Not just to coach, but to guide people into ownership of their movement, so they can climb with more confidence, resilience, and joy.
